TO Enable the Document Properties for PDF follow the Following Steps

There Must be a Image Here reload the Window if you can't See

Step 2:

Enable "PDF Viewer Document Properties"

There was Supposed to be a Image here reload If you cant See

Step 3:

Relaunch the Browser
