What is ‘Percentage Calculator from Marks'?
ans: This is a Program written in Python which takes Name.Roll Number and Marks of a Student and returns the Percentage and puts all the Data in a file Created by the Program in the name of the Student.
Requirement:.As the Code is written in Python you must have Python installed on your Computer,laptop or Mobile.If you don't know how to install then refer to any Youtube Video.
Note:The Program must be stored in a place where you want all the Files to be Stored.
How Does the Program Work?
ans:There are 9 stages in the Code after running the Program.
1.After Running the Program it will ask you to tell If Science is Divided into Physics,Biology and Chemistry and if it is Divided then Enter ‘Y’ if not Enter ‘N’.
Warning:Do Not Enter anything else than ‘Y’ and ‘N’ or else the Code will Break.
2.Then it Will ask if the Total Marks for all the Exam is same or not like above you must Enter ‘Y’ for Yes and ‘N’ for No.
Q1.So what is the Total Marks asked in the Code?
ans:The marks is Nothing But the Total Marks a Particular Exam was Conducted.Like a Exam is Conducted for 80 marks so the Total Marks Is 80.
Sometimes the Exams Conducted may have Different total marks the Exam was Conducted, so if it is like that then Enter ‘N’ or if the Total Marks is Same for all Exams then Enter ‘Y’.
3.Then it will ask how many Students are there whose Data must be Calculated.So Enter How many Students are there.
Warning:Please Enter only a Number for the Third Step and only a natural Number.
Note:The above Steps will be Asked only once so once you cant Change it Unless You rerun the Code.The Below Steps will run for Each Student if you have Entered ‘2’ then the below steps will run two times.
4.It will ask the Name of the Student.
5.It will aks Roll No of the Student
Note:The Sixth Step has been divided into 6.1 and 6.2 on what you have Entered in the first and second Step. So Now there will Come two Different Types of Steps
1.If you have Entered ‘Y’ in first step and ‘Y’ or ‘N’ in Second Step.--See Step 6.1
2.If you have Entered ‘N’ in first step and ‘Y’ or ‘N’ in Second Step.--See Step 6.2
But The Code will ask the marks of Mathematics,First and Second Language and Social Science without any Difference on what you have Entered in the First Step but what you Have Entered in Second Step will have effect on all the Subject.
6.1.If you have Entered ‘Y’ in first step and ‘Y’ or ‘N’ in Second Step:
Then it will ask Physics,Biology and Chemistry Separately and If you have entered ‘Y’ in Second Step then the total marks will be asked once in last after you enter the marks of all the Subject asked and if you have Entered ‘N’ in the Second Step then after Entering the Marks Scored by the Student in a Exam.
6.2.If you have Entered ‘N’ in first step and ‘Y’ or ‘N’ in Second Step:
Then it Will ask the of Science and does not split it into Physics,Biology and Chemistry and If you have entered ‘Y’ in Second Step then the total marks will be asked once in last after you enter the marks of all the Subject asked and if you have Entered ‘N’ in the Second Step then after Entering the Marks Scored by the Student in a Exam.
8.The it will ask how Much Percentage the Student must have Scored to pass the Exam and only if the Percentage the Student as Gained is more than the Percentage entered.
Warning:The Percentage you have Entered above will affect whether the Student will Fail or Pass. But the Percentage Entered is only for a Particular Studentq and does not apply to all.
9.After Completing the Step for a Student then the Data will be Shown in the Terminal and then also a text file will be Created inside which all the Data Shown in the Terminal will be Stored.
After all this the Terminal will exit and the files created will be stored in the HDD and you can see the Marks and other Data of the Student whenever you want and also share it on platforms like Email,Bluetooth,Whatsapp etc.
Uses of this Code
1.This enables People (anybody like teachers,parents or anyone) who are Calculating the marks of the Student or anyone easily without worrying to much about calculation
2.The Data of the Student will be stored in a txt file on your device. Which can be shared anytime to the Student.
